Sleep tight

I just read a article about how not getting sleep can effect your sex drive. When your sleeping your body repairs it self.when not getting enough sleep your body doesn't have enough time to repair its self.  With loss of sleep you lose your sex drive. When men loss sleep they end up losing their testosterone.  Levels can drop 10 to 15 percent.  For woman they start to lose the interest in having sexual contact.
